For more than twenty eight years, The Law Office of Kenneth I. Kolpan, P.C. has been representing individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and other catastrophic injuries. The principal and founder of the firm, Kenneth I. Kolpan has been a long time advocate for the rights of persons with TBI, working closely with medical experts from the Boston medical community and other nationally renown teaching hospitals.

Attorney Kolpan has made numerous national presentations to attorneys, medical providers, brain injury programs and survivors on the legal rights of persons with brain injury. Attorney Kolpan brings to each client his experience working as an attorney at two Boston area hospitals as well an Assistant Professor at Tufts University Medical School.

For the last twenty years, Attorney Kolpan has been Co-Chairman of a three day medical legal conference sponsored by the North American Brain Injury Society (NABIS), where attorneys throughout the country learn how to represent persons who have traumatic brain injuries. Attorney Kolpan has also published articles in medical journals on brain injury litigation, all of which are on this website. Attorney Kolpan is proud to serve on the Executive Committee and as the Treasurer of the Massachusetts Brain Injury Association.
