Meet Attorney Kolpan

Attorney Kenneth Kolpan has been a practicing attorney for forty years. He has devoted his practice to the representation of persons with traumatic brain injuries and other serious injuries since 1981. Attorney Kolpan has also worked closely with those in the brain injury community as an advocate, attorney and resource for persons with traumatic brain injury and their care givers.

Attorney Kolpan is the current President of the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts. Attorney Kolpan has served on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts, as its Treasurer, a member of the Executive Committee over the last thirty years.

Previously, Attorney Kolpan taught Law and Medicine at the Tufts University School of Medicine where he was appointed an Assistant Professor in Community Medicine.

Attorney Kolpan has appeared in several feature articles of the Massachusetts Lawyers' Weekly over the last several years.

Attorney Kolpan is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group of AAJ and the North American Brain Injury Society.

Attorney Kolpan obtained his B.A. degree from the University of Rochester (in Psychology) and his Juris Doctor from the Boston College Law School.

He has again been selected as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer (for the seventh consecutive year) and New England Super Lawyer.

He is the Founder and Principal of the Law Office of Kenneth I. Kolpan, P.C. in Boston, Massachusetts.
